FOCUS ON TURMERIC
Turmeric the hue is on the yellow side of orange. Many natural things in the world have this hue including seeds, fruits, roots and soils. In Ayurvedic practices, turmeric has many medicinal properties including strengthening the overall energy of the body, relieving gas, improving digestion, regulating menstruation, dissolving gallstones and relieving arthritis.
According to Sadhguru, turmeric is a purification agent, helping to purify the body, blood and spiritual energy systems. Turmeric is seen as being able to bring more light and translucence to your energy field.
It can also symbolise fertility and prosperity, with the deep yellow associated with the Sun, abundance and sacral chakra. Wearing or using this hue, may help attract these qualities.
