Lola Berry and her Very Happi Yogi Smoothie Recipe

We love Lola Berry, she is our favourite Australian Nutritionist. We are very lucky to have Lola living here Torquay. We were inspired by her beautiful book "The Happy Cookbook" and have put together a delicious recipe to celebrate Happi Yogi Week. The blissfully creamy smoothie is so yummy and satisfying. I love the mango with the ginger hit. I replaced the macadamias for cashews which were an easy swap. The turmeric is a great addition as an anti inflammatory.

We also asked Lola what makes her a Happi Yogi and here is her answer:
"What makes me a happy yogi is being about to connect my body to my breath every time I practice. I love the philosophy side of yoges too, so learning about things like “dharma” which means to live your true purpose. Yoges is a wonderful anchor in my life that keeps me clear, open and grounded"
