POST YOGA JUICE

INGREDIENTS

1 cucumber (hydrating + cooling)
1 lime (detoxifying + refreshing)
A thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger (warming + stimulating digestion)
5-6 fresh basil leaves (balancing + calming)
5-6 fresh mint leaves (cooling + revitalising)
1 cup of coconut water (hydrating + replenishing)
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)

POST YOGA JUICE

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and chop the cucumber and ginger.
Juice the cucumber, lime, and ginger together.
Blend the juice with basil, mint, and coconut water.
Strain and enjoy chilled!
