Join in the 12 days of Xmas Yoga Challenge. Such a crazy time of year and so much happening maybe this might inspire you to slow you down for a moment and do some yoga. You don't have to do the exact pose as we instruct. Make modifications and do it your way. We just want to see your photos!
Each day Yoga Patch and Yogi Peace Club will post a photo on Instagram for you to try. Each asana has been inspired by the classic Christmas Carol 12 days of Xmas. Just tag us and you could go in the running to win an amazing Prize pack from Yogi Peace Club.
