Its Saturday! So why not grab your two fav friends and your yoga mats and do some yoga!!

If you are new to Yoga just start simple with some sun salutes. The Sun Salutation is probably the most famous yoga sequence, the Sanskrit name is Surya Namaska. The sequence is a wonderful way to start your day, reduce your stress and ground your body & mind for the day, but also warm the body and the spine for your yoga class. If you are looking for ways how to reduce stress and move your body in a safe yet strong way, this is it. 

Sun Salutations stretch all the major muscle groups of the body, relax the mind, and help you to deepen your breath.  

To enjoy the full experience of your sun salutations let the breath lead the movement. Each inhalation and exhalation should draw you into and through the next pose, and not be forced to fit a predetermined pace.
