We want you to love every Yogi Peace Club piece, so we’ve created a flexible returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.

FULL-PRICED ITEMS

• Eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
• No returns accepted after 14 days, unless the item is faulty.

SALE & PROMOTION ITEMS

• Items purchased at a discount can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days.
• No refunds on sale or promotion items.
• Final Sale items: No returns or exchanges unless faulty.

AFTERPAY PURCHASES

• Products purchased via Afterpay are NOT eligible for refunds.
• For Afterpay purchases, we offer a store credit or an exchange only.

Please email us at returns@yogipeaceclub.com to request a Returns Form. Once received, print and complete the form, and include it with your returned item(s) when posting them to the address below.

• Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Yogi Peace Club yoga mats come with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturer defects.

What’s Not Covered:
• Misuse or negligence
• Exposure to extreme heat or storage in cars
• Damage caused by cleaning sprays, chemicals, or oils
• Product alterations
• Use on wet surfaces, rocky terrain, grass, or sand

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please contact us at returns@yogipeaceclub.com to arrange a refund or replacement upon receipt of the faulty item.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
• All international customers are responsible for covering taxes, duties, or any additional fees related to their shipments. We recommend contacting your customs office for detailed information on import regulations and fees.
• If taxes or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus the return shipping cost.
• Full purchase value will be declared on international shipments, and an invoice will be included for customs as required.

OUR PACKAGING POLICY
• Compostable packaging.
• Recycled paper stationery.
• Hand packed with care from Bells Beach, VIC.
• Orders are packed Monday to Friday, 9 am–2 pm (AEST).
• Dispatch time: Within 1-3 business days after placing your order.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• If there are delivery issues, we recommend contacting your local post office first before reaching out to us.
• A signature is required at delivery. If you request a delivery without a signature, Yogi Peace Club is not liable for loss or damage.

MATERIALS NEEDED

• Water in a spray bottle.
• Clean, soft cloth or sponge.
• Towel for drying.

CLEANING PROCESS

1. Remove Loose Dirt
2. Lightly Spray the Mat with water
3. Scrub Gently with soft cloth or sponge
4. Wipe down with towel
5. Dry Your Mat in shade 
6. Roll with artwork on outside
7. Store away in cupboard away from sunlight

TIPS

• Clean mat regularly, especially if used frequently.
• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials.
• Do not use detergents or essential oils on the Deluxe Yoga Mat.
• Always Roll up after use with artwork on outside.
• Do not leave in hot cars
• Do not store in sunlit areas

Regular cleaning keeps your mat sanitary, maintains grip, and extends its lifespan for a more enjoyable and safe practice.

HOW LONG WILL MY YOGA MAT LAST?

Our natural rubber mats are chemical- and toxin-free, made to last. Lifespan can vary with use, sweat, or skin pH, so we recommend avoiding lotions and oils. Please be mindful of surfaces, especially if bleached, and keep your mat away from water, heat, sharp objects, and pet claws to keep it in great shape.

DOES MY YOGA MAT COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yogi Peace Club yoga mats are warranted against manufacturer’s defect for 6 months, from date of purchase. Product covered by the Yogi Peace Club warranty will be replaced at Yogi Peace Club discretion. What's not covered:

• Deterioration as a result of misuse.
• Over exposure to extreme heat or yoga mats being left in cars.
• Damage caused by negligence, misuse or alteration of products.
• Damage caused by spraying cleaning sprays, chemicals or oils on the mats.
