Returning to Strength: Yoga with Jacqui by the Sea
There’s something deeply grounding about the ocean - its steady rhythm, its power, its vast openness. Practicing yoga by the water brings us into that same energy: strong, spacious and present.

We recently spent a morning with Jacqui, one of our beloved Yogi Peace Club muses, by the sand and sea. A longtime Yogi, Jacqui embodies feminine strength - graceful yet powerful, rooted yet free. She moved with fierce softness, reminding us that strength and surrender can live side by side.

Practicing by the sea in the cooler months offers the added benefit of fresh ocean air and the warmth of the morning sun, gently energising the body and lifting the spirit. Wearing our new Jasmine and Mystic prints, Jacqui moved through grounding lunges, gentle backbends and heart openers - postures that support the body in releasing tension and opening up to spaciousness.

Wrapped in our wool-blend Seeker Wrap, Jacqui closed her session with a long seated breath. A moment of deep presence. Strength doesn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes, strength is in the stillness.

“I love to practice yoga by the sea — especially at Bells Beach. There’s something so powerful about beginning the day with breath, movement and the sound of the waves.”
