As a small business we are committed to sustainability and believe in taking responsibility for our planet and minimising our impact on the environment. Embracing ecological consciousness and mindful practices is at the core of our principles and we strive to uphold a sustainable ethos by exploring ways to contribute towards environmental preservation.
Our commitment to protecting the environment has inspired us to continuously review our recycling efforts, reduce waste generation and minimise our carbon footprint.
Since the year 2020, we have been proudly aligned with Carbon Positive Australia, a non-profit organisation dedicated to the restoration of Australian land and the reestablishment of natural ecosystems through the strategic planting of native Australian trees. Their mission encompasses the funding of tree-planting initiatives for restoration, carbon offset and community development. Each year they undertake and support a range of projects that increase canopy cover and biodiversity, and that have positive climate, health and wellbeing outcomes.
National Tree Planting Day is officially celebrated on July 30th 2023. On this day, we are honoured to collaborate with our charity partner, Carbon Positive Australia, to design a locally printed, ethically made cotton long sleeve, aimed at promoting their amazing organisation. 100% of the proceeds generated from the sale of each top will be donated to Carbon Positive Australia.
